NetWork Labs Help Desk is our prepaid software support card you can purchase. Used like a phone card, NetWork Labs Help Desk provides card holders with support on more than 130 versions of today's most popular software applications, including Windows NT Workstation and Lotus Notes.

Once you purchase our Help Desk card, you simply call a toll-free number to activate your card. As a card holder, you will have one year from the date the card is activated to use all of the incidents on your card, as long as you activate the card before 1/1/99.

Any time you need software application support, all you have to do is dial the toll-free number on the back of the card, key in your personal identification number (PIN) and connect live to hundreds of software technicians at an ISO9002-compliant call center. Support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week- even on holidays!

Help Desk cards come in 3 to 25-incident denominations, all of which include support for Windows NT Workstation. With Lotus Notes support included, cards come in 5 to 25-incident denominations. If a problem cannot be resolved in one call, the incident can be retained in an "open" status until it is resolved.
